1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Servanda cloud platform, API endpoints, and associated software services provided by Kramova Solutions, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Service Availability & Maintenance
We use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the Servanda platform available. Any committed availability target, service credit, or support response time applies only where it is stated in a written order form or master service agreement signed with you; no such commitment is made by this page. Scheduled maintenance is conducted during off-peak hours, and we aim to give advance notice of planned downtime.
3. Subscription Billing & Tax Invoicing
All prices displayed are exclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST 18%). GST-compliant electronic tax invoices with Input Tax Credit (ITC) eligibility are automatically generated and emailed on every billing cycle.
4. Data Ownership & Portability
You retain 100% intellectual property ownership of all customer content captured into the system, including meeting recordings, transcripts, tasks and comments. Customers may export their data at any time.
5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
