1. Overview & Commitment

Kramova Solutions (“Kramova”, “we”, “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality, and security of organizational and employee personal data processed across our the Servanda platform (meetings, tasks, and reports).

2. Data We Process on Your Behalf

As an enterprise SaaS provider, Kramova acts as a Data Processor / Data Fiduciary for our corporate clients:

• Account Information: User names, work email addresses, designations, and the manager to direct-report structure that governs visibility.
• Work Content: Tasks, comments, attachments, and the source records they came from — meeting recordings and transcripts, forwarded or CC'd email, messages, and tickets from connected tools.
• Connector Data: Access tokens for the tools each user connects, and the metadata needed to sync and de-duplicate work across them.

3. Data Sovereignty & Encryption

All customer data is hosted in dedicated, tier-4 cloud data center regions in Mumbai and Hyderabad, India. Data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 with client-managed cryptographic key options.

4. No Data Sharing or Reselling

We do not sell, rent, or monetize your company's proprietary business data. Your internal company databases, employee records, and project files are never used to train public machine learning foundation models.
